What can I do with the Developer Plan?

Lots of things. All plans include the Test Drive database for learning about Symphony Enterprise. This lets you get started immediately - routing new customers, printing route books, scheduling special deliveries. Just create your own database at any time to import and start using live customer information.

Why is address matching limited on the Developer Plan?

This plan is designed for evaluation purposes and data testing. Developers can verify customer and route data is being imported correctly.

How many vehicles can be managed?

One vehicle, one location or the entire fleet.

Can more than one person use my account?

Sure. The account administrator can send invitations to other users. However, for security reasons, there can be only one administrator.

What other charges are there? Are there charges per user?

There are no other charges. Pricing is based on how many contacts are being managed, not the number of users.

Can we buy and install Symphony Enterprise on our own server?

Symphony Enterprise is an online hosted service. It can't be purchased and installed locally. This reduces support costs for our clients and allows us to quickly release new features and enhancements. The only requirement is internet access.

Is this a long term commitment?

Nope. The service is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. There aren't any contracts or commitments on your part. We'd love to have you as a customer forever, but understand that circumstances change.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, the administrator dashboard allows you to change plans at any time. Plus, we'll never hit you up with a "set-up" or extra "one-time" fee when you upgrade.

What types of payment do you accept?

Paid accounts require a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card for automated monthly billing. We don't take phone orders or accept checks for the Symphony Enterprise service.

Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?

Paid accounts receive a monthly statement by email.

How is customer data protected?

Symphony Enterprise is hosted at a completely secure site with daily data backups. Our backup and emergency response plans are reviewed monthly and audited by an independent security firm.
